The property oldest, most dated on FMB … rooms have free standing dehumidifier which needs emptying daily - but they are happy to show you how to do it yourself - everything from towels to your clothes will always feel wet. Beds are beyond old and uncomfortable, old linens match the quality. Rooms are smaller, furnishings cheaper than appear in pictures. There is also a framed document itemizing every thing in the room and the charge you can expect for each missing - what kind of hotel does that? An itemized list? Isolated, small pool out front basically in the parking lot …
Music on BLAST from 10-10 daily, speakers within feet of rooms… not going to be hearing sound of waves sitting on the balcony sitting on the cheap plastic chair. The doors slamming, walls are thin, partying kids pick it up after 10 - it is ‘advertised’ as a lively atmosphere = constant noise. Street traffic adds another level and rooms on the north side get the music from across the street on one side and LaniKai DJ tunes from the bar on the beach side of the room. May not be in the room during the day but at night you’ll be wishing you weren’t.
