"The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. "Loved this hotel! I will definitely book again. The staff was fantastic. We got in around 1am. Utilized the free 24 hour shuttle service which was wonderful. Then upon check in the women gave us complimentary water and snacks which was much appreciated since nothing was open at that time. Not to mention the 12pm check out! We actually got to sleep in and have breakfast before leaving. Hands down best find in all of my last minute Disney trips!"

"Room was clean and spacious; there where 4 elevators and where fast enough; breakfast is included so as usual, is crowded and the quality is ok. No problem with noise; beds where comfy; shower was good with good pressure and we had no issues with regulating and keeping water temperature.
Room cleaning is every other day; enough towels are provided.
I went with wife and 3 kids, 2 of them teens.
Close to Disney.
Pool is great and the water slide is fun, not too crowded.

"The curtains and blinds don't open and close. The liner was taped to the window. The whole room while big was dark and dated. Fortunately we only spent 1 night there. It was not explained to us that they put $50 on-hold more than the hotel room cost when they charged my card. Overall I wouldn't stay there again though it's what I paid for, value and convenience to the airport."
