"Please be aware that you will be charged a $220 cleaning fee post-departure as these rooms are not part of the main Four Seasons hotel, but individual residences owned by third parties who then pass on the charge. They are serviced by the hotel, who make the cleaning charge is made upon departure. This wasn’t made clear, or indicated during the booking process. Be warned!"

"Gianni - the conceirge was particularly helpful - when my car got blocked into the parking garage - he took the extra steps to identify the guests that had blocked me in and got the cars moved so I could get to the airport on time!"

The first night there’s was only 2 towels, we tried calling the front desk the phone wasn’t working so we went to the lobby and we asked if we could get 1 more towels. I proceeded to tell the staff that we need it an extra set of towels, and for the next 3 days that we were there, we had to come back downstairs to get the extra set .
