People at reception thanks to Tesse and her coworker was pleasant and welcoming , menu at Claw Bar and the London Club superbly delicious , service above and beyond accommodating , dream team of the cleaning crew (spotless clean, but invisible) , valet people friendly and entertaining . "Perfect location. Great receptionist. Very easy to check-in. Room was okay. Old furniture w shaky dinning chairs. Bathroom was old and curtains had mold. Overall, it could’ve been a little more cleaner w updated furnitures but we enjoyed the stay. View was great. "
