"I found this hotel to be just right for what I needed and it has a fun, boutique vibe! The room was perfect and housekeeping à la carte on request is a great idea to keep costs down. I stayed 3 nights, spending my days exploring and seeing friends. I slept well in a very comfy bed in a very quiet room (even though it is near the airport) and had a complimentary breakfast every morning! I was able to have a glass of wine at the bar before 10pm or buy a gourmet ice cream bar at the convenient marketplace to take to my room. "

"The pool was amazing. Very relaxing. Spa was excellent as well. We stayed in 3 bed room suite and it was perfect. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. The only issue we had was the buildings are not connected so you have to walk out side to get anywhere. Also we were at the end so the walks were long to go anywhere and we had our mother with us who has a walker. We ended up using a wheelchair supplied by the resort but still would not recommend for hard to get around as access is not great. There is not much to do except go to the pool and eat. If we come back we will only stay a few nights. "

"Great location at the end of Duval Street, but between the outdated grounds and one issue after another from check-in to checkout, the experience simply didn’t justify the price. We stayed four nights and chose this property because the pricing suggested a level of service comparable to resorts we normally stay at like Casa Marina or La Concha. Unfortunately that was not our experience. We extended our stay and had two reservations. We were told ahead of time combining them would not be a problem, but when we arrived we were told we had to check out of one room and check back in the next day. We were also told our luggage would be transferred, which never happened. We ended up out of our room for about five hours and spent over an hour and a half waiting in line to check in again. At checkout we were granted a late checkout until 1:00 PM due to the earlier issues. When we returned at 12:30 to grab our luggage and take a quick shower, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out. A bellman let us in and took our luggage but never gave us a ticket. Later no one could locate our bags and we were even asked to show a picture of our luggage so they could identify it. Restaurant service was poor, the area smelled like spoiled fruit or garbage, and the grounds felt dark and dated. The pool and beach area were overcrowded unless you rented a cabana, and the ice machine near our room was broken the entire sta Staff did communicate by text and management said they would credit "
