"I have stayed here several times for the last 3 summers. I wanted to give then excellent, but a few issues this trip took that away. 1st, the entrance outside our door was terribly filthy, could use some hosing. The tables outside the Tiki hut, for 3 days were never wiped down. The new lobby area is nice but forces you to get to the pool area only 1 way. The worst, when we returned one afternoon we found our bathroom/ vanity area flooded. I went to the desk, the host was Clueless, but there was a guy from maintenance, I guess, he said yeah the unit behind us had a bad pipe leak, but no one bothered to come check our room knowing they had water issues. We had to find it and deal with it. Otherwise, the pool was nice, the room ok. Will we come back, not sure this time."
