"The hotel was great. The only thing that I didn’t like was they cleaned every 3 days and if you wanted your room clean it was an extra free. Our room was pretty clean but I would have liked my bed made and my sheets changed. Other than that they do take out the trash and give you gray towels. The amenities were also amazing. My two year old had a blast at the pool."

"Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, rooms are big and beds are comfortable, area is close to everything specially for theme park. Recommended to stay of your Disney vacation."

"We liked the property itself so much. The room had so much space, and everything you need. However, the staff from the front desk to the breakfast time were less than helpful. Both I spoke to were men, and they looked annoyed and barely helped us. We didn’t really use the amenities though."

"It is good to go and hang out-you have to pay extra for parking every time you park and the shuttles to and from the parks and Disney springs only go at certain times that are not realistic making them unhelpful for those of us who wanted to participate in mickeys not so scary Halloween. Call and get the shuttle times first to make sure it will work for you and get ready to be Nicole and dimed for everything."
