"Absolutely LOVE the mattress they use!!! It cradles You with softness and comfort! The bathroom could use some updating and a better cleaning. The room Hadn’t been dusted, there was a film and I sneezed a lot because of that. I did go to the desk to ask them to clean the tub so we could shower and they sent someone immediately. All in all, the stay was an 8, great value, morning staff was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Would recommend and would stay again."

The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....
