"I needed a place for a business trip & most rooms were sold out in the city because of the TPC tournament. Staff was great & the hotel was clean. Landscaping/grounds need some attention & it appeared that new hot water heaters were getting installed. Property is older & appears to be going through some maintenance or renovation. Not my first choice but grateful it was available."

"They didn't change the towels, room smelled humid. Soap terrible, very thin and soft. No place where to put the soap in the bathtub. No TV in the lobby. Dryer out off order."

"This La Quinta was a modern, well kept hotel. From check in to checkout, all the staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. Our king bed room was clean and provided everything necessary for our stay. As we were traveling with friends, we had a place in the main area of the hotel to relax and play games. Provided breakfast offered delicious coffee and a variety of food choices, filling us all up before we were on the road again. If we find ourselves near Gainesville again, we will...
