"The check-in was great and Staff like Marcel at the front desk were super helpful. Our ocean view was fantastic. Unfortunately though, my room was very dirty. I found a used napkin hanging on the wall by the picture frame. Additionally once my family wanted ice, I looked at the ice holder, only for the lid’s rubber o-ring to be completely covered with disgusting black mold...Besides that the room was very outdated with torn up chairs and rusty lamps. The phone did not even work when we wanted to get in touch with staff. The dresser looked super beat up too. Also during my family's stay one of the elevators in the south tower was LEAKING WATER INSIDE. And another had no lights in it…. Honestly we felt unsafe just having to be in the rest of the elevator the rest of the stay. Lastly the pool was pretty gross with fake nails in the water, lots of hair, and murky water. Like the filter hadn't been on in a while. Also beware there is no way to get Netflix on the tv. Try not to get room 1626…."
