"Despite the look of the entrance being poorly maintained, we thought maybe they were under construction. The room we specifically booked for the amenities was reported to have no AC and an alternative room was offer but at the same price without discount. The alternate room was insect infested and paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. We immediately went to the front to cancel but he was unable to refund us because of the 3rd party booking. The front office staff wasn't rude but...

"Don’t book they have not completed I guess renovations because it’s a disaster and nasty. I complained that I couldn’t stay because of stains on sheets and wall in bath area falling apart . Switched rooms and the other had mold I immediately left and went somewhere else."

"The entire place is absolutely beautiful. We had a king bed room on the 1st floor view of parking lot. I truly was able to relax while I husband was out. Love all of the channel options. Bed was hard but that i do not mind. Bottom of shower needs some TLC, tile cracking, and shower has several settings so that is nice. "It was a step up from another hotel I tried to stay at. It’s not perfect but it’s comfortable enough to sleep. Staff was amazing and nice oh and love the fact they have a many snack rack in lobby so when I had a sugar craving I went at midnight to get one."

"Well for one thing it’s not on the lake like the picture. I thought we could fish the way it’s seen in the pictures. Staff were so kind. Room was clean bathroom very small. And we had an ant problem. But very quiet and sleep very well."
