"The room was clean,the front desk was very helpful but our room was not taken care of on a daily basis left the room the next morning and returned too no clean towels unmade bed had to ask to get clean towels and empty the trash I just don’t think you should have to do that ! it’s not like we’re staying at motel 6"

"This hotel was very clean. I watched as staff were constantly cleaning and tidying the inside and outside of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The AC was working great. We especially appreciated the full breakfast. There was a large variety of breakfast items including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juices, etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay again on our next trip."

"Hotel is nice and what you would expect at a Hyatt.
The shuttle service needs to be better organized. I made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport, it seats 12 people. 18-19 people showed up and there was NO questions about who made a reservation. Just people demanding a seat, almost came to blows. Just have a list of who is supposed to be on shuttle at what time."

"I stayed here several nights while working a client project in DC. The location was aptly suited to get me in and out of DC. Room was very clean, staff was very helpful. Check-in was seamless. One drawback for me was no elevator. As a permanently disabled person who can still navigate stairs in moderation, if I stay here again, I’ll emphasize the need for a ground floor room. "Their shuttle services to and from the airport were horrible. We were stuck in a very strong thunderstorm for 45 min, the driver showed up late, when he did get there my husband waved at him to let him know we were coming, bent down to grab his luggage, looked up and the driver was gone. Thankfully another hotel shuttle was kind enough to take us to ours. I called the front desk to schedule a ride for the following morning, got out there right at the time discussed only to find out they left...
