"This is an excellent location for the nightly rate. Every hotel inside the beltway was 300+ a night plus parking fees and no continental breakfast. No, not a big buffet lineup of items to eat but good coffee and muffins. The rooms are clean and the maid service great. Negative was no glasses in the room or extra blankets. For the money this room was worth it. We will stay there again!"

"We experienced the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE that you could possibly imagine at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel. We had a small problem with our room that the Customer Service Staff resolved quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience. Additionally, we were there to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery and the dog sitter we had contracted with cancelled at the last minute. "The property was very close to where we needed to be George Mason University. Easy to get in and out. The breakfast was very good. I had left some things in my room and the staff was very good about getting it back to me."

"My room was very well prepared and spacious. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. Parking was plentiful. The breakfast was ok(selection could’ve been better, i.e. chicken sausages? Over all, it will become my favorite stay when I come to town"

"There is no branded entrance to the hotel. In the dark it is very difficult to find. The rooms are also outdated, furniture is stained and please buy some new towels (the ones in place have been used/washed more than enough)."
