"The room was clean and spacious. Both the sofa bed and regular bed were comfortable. The staff is attentive, respectful, and helpful! Carla, in particular, was always very friendly! Thank you for offering all of the kitchen amenities we needed and for fresh coffee every morning! It has been a pleasure staying here!"

"Great location. Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was average with a nice view but lacked in amenities and cleanliness. I booked for my mom who has mobility issues and although the disabled friendly walk-in shower was great, the distance to get to the only elevators was quite the trek from the entrance / front desk. Overall stay was average -good."

"Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. "We always come here for a comfortable, pleasant stay. We have been back several times and will continue to return. Walkable to fast food, grocery, coffee, Target, etc. Staff is amazing. Shout out to Dawson for always being awesome and a pleasure to interact with!"

"When I checked in the desk clerk was not friendly. I was assigned a room and when I inspected the room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I went to the desk and could not find the clerk. I peeked in the side door and ask if there was anyone there and got no answer. I then found the clerk way in the back avoiding the front desk. She became upset and said she was going to refund my registration and have me leave. Because it was a prepaid registration she could not refund and...

"I will never ever stay here ever again. Our room flooded, and they were not even able to get us another room. The staff was less than accommodating, and also not apologetic in the slightest ended up having to pay double the price and book somewhere else do not stay here"
