"My stay at the Pardo Hotel started off well, and most of the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. However, my experience changed on Friday morning. I went to the front desk to request clean towels and had a frustrating interaction with one staff member whose name I unfortunately did not get. After going back and forth, I took my dirty towels back to Room 226 and left them outside my door. Later, someone came by, placed a trash bag by my door, and left, but I still never received the clean towels I originally asked for. After waiting for a while and realizing no one was coming, I went back down to the front desk again, and that’s when I finally received two sets of clean towels.
By that point, I was already frustrated and disappointed with how the situation was handled. Because I value peace and a stress-free stay, I decided to check out Friday night instead of Saturday morning. While the rest of the staff made my stay enjoyable, my experience that Friday morning left a negative impression, and I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be returning."
