"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "I was very satisfied with my stay at Exe Hotel Puerto de Sagunto. Everything was very good overall — the room, the service, and the general experience all met my expectations. My only small suggestion would be about breakfast. I missed having fresh vegetables available, and I think adding them would make the breakfast even better. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything and truly enjoyed my stay."

"Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"
