If you can, drive past this place. If you’re tired, late night, stay the night. Make better plans next time. My own mistake!!! I’ll eat the loss, and be sure to never stop there again.

Our Management and staff are very sorry that you are not happy. As I explained to you, the reservation you booked was through a travel agent (Expedia) and was a Super Saver Package "Special Pricing" for 4 nights. Due to the type of package you booked through the travel agent, you are locked into the 4 nights. In booking the Super Saver Rates on the Travel Agent Websites, you must read all terms and conditions to make sure you will be able to adhere to all the rules. Unfortunately, the property is the end result of what you did through a third party. The property did honor the reservation as sent to us. As I stated to you on the phone, the Property is unable to change a package deal. As you stated to me on the phone, you have stayed here before and loved it. This time you have chosen to give a bad review due to not being happy with the package you have booked. Once again. we are very sorry that you were unhappy

Everything was nice but people love throwing their cigarette butts everywhere while lit. Yuck I will be back but they need someone to walk the property once a day.

The rooms had been renovated so they looked nice but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The tub was dirty and the sink wasnt clean. I went and purchased cleaning supplies and scrubbed them both myself. The people above me ran and jumped all night. I complained but it didn't stop until 2am. The same thing the next night as well.

After paying for my room online for my guys to stay there and work. They called me and I had to pay $100 room rental fee. It's refundable when we check out but my guys don't have an extra $100 dollars on them. So I had to send pics of DL and CC. Not happy with that.

Overall, I’m happy we stayed here. It was 3 minutes from the soccer complex where our tournament was being held. Although there are nicer hotels in the area, it was affordable and included free breakfast (coffee, juice, cereal, waffle maker, biscuits, eggs, sausage and gravy). We stayed in the 2 queen bedroom (sleeps 4 people) and they only provided 3 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper, so if you’re staying in the same sized room with 4 people, I’d request more of both items depending on the length of your stay. The toilet wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Also, the blue uplighting on the outside of the buildings makes the whole property look cheap and even a little creepy, even though it’s obvious the property has undergone fairly extensive updates and renovations in the more recent years. I’m assuming they chose the blue lighting to match their blue and white logo, but I think the property as a whole would look and feel more safe/better with simple white, versus the strange blue.

This is our 3rd stay here. They have new owner and I should say last owner had it in great shape, now is even better and renewed. The he pool is very clean, all areas are clean and in great shape, the service is great. They have eggs and sausage breakfast only weekends including Friday, which I was staying Thursday also but, hey, biscuits, cereal and gravy did the job. Coffee is always available. We go to Tropic Falls and they also do a great job all around. Feels nice coming here from New Orleans.

First night was great. The second night was terrible, guests decided to have a party up under my room with loud music stopping me from getting the proper sleep I needed. I called the front desk and the operator was more than helpful but it took a couple of times to figure out where it was coming from I had to turn the air conditioner on full blast to try and drown out the noise just so I could sleep.

Property itself was fine, pool was nice, rooms nice. Its like a motel but rooms are open to inside....its lke 4 different buildings. Gym was not open though and NOT stated on website.
