"The property was easy to find, just off the highway and quiet. The breakfast was good and breakfast room was refreshing with trees all around. I think that there is only one snack machine, soda machine m, ice machine on the first floor. No food available otherwise. There was plenty of space to walk around or walk your dog. No second day bed make or towel refresher. Decor is basic. It was quite adequate. Clean and quiet."

"Breakfast was good! Staff are friendly…the reason why I gave such low rating was because once we entered the room, we saw a lizard and a cockroach in the bathroom. All night we had noisy upstairs neighbors, the walls are so thin you can hear everyone around you and walking by. I wouldn’t book here again…after hours of driving it’s not what you want to be dealing with. "

"The Larkspur Landing staff are wonderful. I accidentally booked the wrong room and they waived the transfer fee. They’re one of very few hotels in the area that allow pets and have kitchenette’s. Because I brought my dog, they were able to accommodate my request to be on the first floor near an exit door. The room was nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The bed... The bed was terrible. It was way too soft. I don’t have a bad back and can pretty much sleep anywhere. But it...
