"Turning off the light under the bed took some time to figure out. . A sign would have been nice. Our sink drain was clogged in the bathroom. Other than that, this is a great property. We loved the bed and the super light blocking curtains."

"Upon arriving at the hotel at 2:30 pm, I was informed that the rooms were not prepared and that I would need to return after 5 pm to proceed with check-in.
Incidentally, I accidentally struck my shin (above the foot area) due to a protruding steel piece from the mattress on my side of the bed. Despite my previous complaint to the staff, who had promised to address the issue, no action was taken. I attempted to lift the mattress to dislodge the protruding piece, but was...
