"Super"

"Rooms were tiny but that is to be expected in Paris. They were, however, very clean which is most important. We had issues with our toilet- it ran for hours at a time which was quite annoying. The bed also had springs coming up from it which was also a bit annoying. The other downside to the room was the shower. You could not go more than 4 minutes without it completely clogging snd overflowing onto the bathroom floor ( and ultimately into the room itself). Location was great though. Not sure...

"Much larger than your average stay in Paris with well appointed apartment. A few bits broken and cleaning a bit rushed but a super place to stay as a family. Area great and front desk super helpful. Breakfast pretty basic but I’d definitely return, especially as a family or a group of friends."

She provided great customer service and leven helped me by offering me an early check-in. And Marco was also wonderful. His client service skills are excellent, and he helped make a number of restaurants reservations for me. Both Florence and Marco strived to make my stay welcoming and enjoyable. "The staff were so warm and helpful. All of them. Make reservations for the rooftop restaurant as soon as you book. We had trouble getting in even for drinks. Gorgeous view of the city. Pretty good hike for most tourist landmarks. But a quiet hotel in a quiet area with plenty of restaurant options."

"Pluses: very tasteful interior, especially the room. Clean and fresh modern look very well suited to the architecture. Great mattress. Helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary wine (red and white) in the evening, with treats - great idea for a bit of socializing with other travellers. Optimal checkout time at noon. Minuses: only one, and that only for people hypersensitive to noise. While my room faced an inner well and had thus zero traffic noise, the ventilator in the roof was very audible...

"We had a great stay. The room was clean - small, but very much in line with what you’d expect for such a central location in Paris. The Eiffel Tower is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of transportation options nearby. One small note: on our first night, the bed sheets caused some itchiness. However, after I mentioned it to the staff the next morning, they changed them promptly and the issue was resolved."
