"Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. "The rooms were clean . With our own coffee station. Mini fridge and microwave come in handy.We stay 4 nights. You have maid servive ever other day. Breakfast was fully stocked. Had coffee , tea and juice . Now the front desk we had to wait some on staff. Of course around check in time 3, We arrived around 5, they were there. But the people were friendly and respectful. "

"The hotel is nice but for the price should include breakfast or something else. I also had noted that it was my wedding anniversary ; it would’ve been nice for them to include a card or something small to commemorate. It’s the thought that counts. "

"We stayed 4 nights, but at check in, they said they only clean one every four nights. So…I mentioned I never heard of this kind of room cleaning service. I’m use to daily room tidying. So they agreed to do it after 2 nights. Still a little strange. Besides that great staff. "

"The room was pristine and so well-decorated, personal, warm, relaxing. The staff cannot do enough for you. Be prepared for a knockout breakfast (we learned a secret to those airy scrambled eggs, a dollop of sour cream). The dining room is completely windowed so the farm is always visible. "Room was dated with many light fixtures non operational/ dated. The room had a very musty odor that never seem to go away. I accidentally forgot my toothbrush at home and non was available for purchase or complimentary, hotel was out of water (bottled) leaving us stranded overnight without drinkable water. Luckily, there is a great gas station nearby offering great coffee, snacks, and quick bites"

"Front desk assistant Dianna was lovely, helpful and very friendly. The room was renovated and clean (though the bathroom was not renovated). The room was great, but the outside of the hotel was dilapidated and I believe was housing homeless. It didn’t seem very safe in the parking lot area and there were people smoking pot all around the property."

"The hotel is okay. It's an older structure. Latest renovation is becoming worn. Long walk to my room but convenient to where I parked. Late checkin doable. Comfortable bed. Smallish bathroom. Breakfast not included. I got my breakfast elsewhere. Fairly easy on/off both 95 and 295. Twenty to 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore. "

"If you need to park in handicap stay away from this hotel. They allow cars without a permit to park in them leaving people who need those spots to park far away."
