"Our king suite was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Most of the suite was very nice and fairly recently updated. The older large garden, jetted tub was a bit awkward to shower in. Don’t think the air conditioning in the bedroom was working properly, it was damp and had a musty smell. Breakfast was the average hotel spread. Overall, a nice, clean and comfortable stay."

"This experience was top notch. Everything for a great getaway is located right on hotel grounds. Whether it be dining, fine dining, swimming(both indoor and outdoor pools), golf, relaxation salons....it's all right there. If you're staying on a Sunday over the summer months, you're treated to a spectacular fireworks show. This is all aside from what Lake Geneva has to offer."

"The property is located right next to the lake and downtown, making everything in the downtown area easily accessible by walking. The property itself was lovely and well maintained. The outdoor pool was beautiful, although a little small. The indoor pool, however, was very small and crowded, and the strong chlorine made it uncomfortable to swim in. My kids didn’t enjoy the indoor pool much. Overall, it was a great experience and a very nice choice for a one-night stay."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The evening front staff was not very forth giving. Had to ask how to get from underground parking. Never gave direction to our room. Gave us the keys and room number. Very expecting that we had been at the hotel before. It felt as if we were interrupting him from something. Other staff that we encountered were very nice. We will return because we liked the property and the location, which was close to everything."

"We recently stayed at Timber Ridge Lodge and overall there were definitely some things we really enjoyed, along with a few areas that could use improvement. One thing I really appreciated was having a full-size refrigerator and an electric stovetop in the room. The kitchen was also stocked with silverware, plates, cups, and even pots for cooking. We brought food with us for the kids, so having an actual kitchen setup instead of just a mini fridge was extremely convenient for our family. The room itself was a good size, but it could definitely use some updating and a deeper cleaning in certain areas. The kitchen sink had quite a bit of limescale buildup. The whirlpool/jacuzzi-style tub was another concern. There appeared to be mold or mildew buildup around some of the jet openings, and the drains looked like they could use a really thorough scrub. The pull-out couch turns into a queen-size bed, which sounded great in theory, but unfortunately it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on it the first night and my husband slept on it the second night, and we both had the same experience. If you’re planning on using the sofa bed for an adult, I would definitely keep that in mind. On the positive side, the waterpark was great! The kids really enjoyed it, and that was definitely one of the highlights of our stay."
