"The hotel is really close to the airport so good to stay if flying out early in the morning. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the pool area is nice to hang out at if the weather is nice.
Food was good at the restaurants but not alot to choose from.
Not much other choice for restaurants in the area once things shut down for the saeson which is the 1st week of October."

"Room was large, clean, very minimalist, nice view of Etna, and quiet. Ideal for airport. Phoning for transfer was simple - as was organising transfer back to departures next morning.
Breakfast was typical Sicilian- loads of sweet stuff. Scarcity of fruit - (couldn’t find any actually) Dinner was expensive, scarcity of veg & not available until 19:30 (bit late for me when travelling)
Bed and pillows very firm. No kettle/courtesy tray but a fridge with water👍
The room rate was very fair so I...

"Absolutely loved the place. Everyone was over the top helpful & kind, ensuring that we had a great experience. The only thing that threw us was a $100. Fee per person that was explained to us as facility fees for the pool & beach. We were fine with the fee but later we were told that the pool was for children only. We were not happy about that as there were days when we would have preferred hanging at the pool rather than the beach. We dealt with the situation but it was a pretty expensive fee...

"I was in room 268 and while it was perfectly located and beautiful be aware that the picture on the website that shows closed draperies is because the room is below street level due to it being located on a hill. The listing says balcony but the first floor just has a below sidewalk patio area with no furniture to sit on.Since people are walking by at all hours you cannot leave the drapes open for natural sunlight as people can look right in on the whole room. The location however is ideal to...

Desayuno perfecto para empezar el día , se puede parquear en la calle de afuera que es muy segura y sin problema, zona tranquila y céntrica. Sin duda lo volveríamos a elegir!"

"Room was as expected, bed was comfortable as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Bathroom was large as well and had the hotel branded goods. For the breakfast area, there was an option to sit outside, which was pleasant. Plenty of options as well and the staff where ready at hand to address any requests.
We used Catania as base to explore the surrounding sites, but the city itself was larger than I thought and had some interesting things to see. The cathedral and main shopping street are...
