"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "

"This is a former abbey partially converted to a hotel . There is an awesome cathedral on the property and the most unique musical carousel that allows you to play instruments as it turns. We had rooms with showers although there are also less expensive rooms with showers down the hall. The main commercial street with restaurants etc is a 10 minute walk. Free parking; no TVs. Extremely restful and charming."

"Good location and hotel. Only giving 3 as dog friendly yet can’t leave dog in room and no dogs for breakfast area for coffee. So if you want to stay and have no breakfast or drink it’s fine "
