"I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available."

"The Superior Double room was very comfortable, fresh and clean. The vanity area outside the bathroom was super convenient as was the number of outlets for charging tech. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was a short walk away but there was a drop-off zone next to the entrance. Great for our one-night stopover."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very run down, the floor boards were particularly creaky and everything about the property seemed run down. There were no power points near the bed and the bed was very low and too soft."

"AC would go off during night, hot days not ideal. Didn’t appreciate construction starting beside my room in the am. Lost of noise with drilling and saws. Staff in restaurant at night made a lot of noise doing cleaning. Seemingly to move us out. Breakfast not worth the price."
