Hotel dekat Foot Labyrinth

"Staff was excellent, the breakfast was good. But unfortunately, there was cockroaches in our room and we had to switch rooms at 12:45 AM. I was grossed out and didn’t get but two hours of sleep even after we switch rooms because I was so afraid that there was gonna be some in the new room. I had a long day after cancer treatment in San Francisco. I just wanted to come to a nice clean room to get some rest before our 4 Hour Drive back home and that did not happen. I will not be coming back."

I asked the front desk to move us to another room, but they said the hotel was fully booked. They also indicated they couldn't offer a refund. A technician came by and said the room would cool down in about an hour, but it never got any colder. When we followed up, we were told the technician was off for the day.
