"Great service and super clean. It was in a great location, close to a lot of the amenities that Zermatt had to offer. Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Zermatt area."

It was close to the train and even had hotel shuttle to and from that was fast and efficient . Spa is for 18 yrs and up but this was not indicated on the Expedia site so they allows my 8 and 11 yr old in and nobody said a word . The hot tub area in not large but was cozy! Overall amazing!
