"It was amazing stay in Zermatt !! Location was perfect to see the Matterhorn and go skiing. There’s no other option for us. Rooms are spacious , clean , enough of spaces to put our clothes, and great kitchen (although without microwave). We also enjoyed fire the stove! "

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"We rented the penthouse. It had a great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. They had a shuttle waiting for us upon arrival and the staff was helpful with all our luggage. There is even a hot tub, steam and sauna room for use in the building. Will definitely recommend staying here "

"Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

"The location to the train station was a nice walk, but not too difficult or uncomfortable; yet the option of taking a cab was also convenient. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, modern, centrally-located, in a gorgeous old neighborhood. Amenities within the apartment included everything you could need. "The perfect place to spend 3 days in Zermatt. Kitchen had what we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Laundry facilities, which was greatly needed. Beautiful view of the town of Zermatt and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Rental office very responsive and great to work with. They scheduled a taxi for us at a discounted rate when we arrived and left. Love this place! "

"We had a great stay at the Luna chalet. The distance up the hill was a little bit of a hike from the the city center but the view from the terrace was amazing and worth the little bit of an inconvenience of the location. we called for a taxi most of the time and that was easy to contact them.
