"A great location in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from central Zermatt and the train station. A great breakfast and spa. It would have been nice to have a bath in the room."

"Enjoyable stay at Zermama! The room was really nice, feels like you’re staying in a cabin. We happened to be there during a warm period and rooms don’t have AC but you can open windows to keep air moving. However there is construction happening nearby so if you are a light sleeper expect to be woken up around 7am from the noise. Hotel is pretty close to the main train stations, and main road. Overall, I would stay here again!"
