"5-star service. Wonderful greeting and walking explanation of the hotel all the way to the elevator. Before we knew it, our luggage was gone at the reception and in our room when we arrived. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel twice, it was so exceptional. The pools are wonderful. Rooms touched up every evening. They have their own vehicle, so call the hotel to pick you up at the station for 9€ instead of 20€ (you can comfortably walk if you have light luggage). Highly recommend first floor...

"The facility was outstanding! Staff were professional and knowledgeable of the surrounding area and activities. Indoor and outdoor heated pool with spa facilities made for an exciting time. Would gladly stay here again. "

"Apartment was large and clean with a gorgeous view of Matterhorn from the corner balcony. Bathroom and kitchen could visually do with an upgrade but everything we used worked and was clean and tidy. It was a little further from the main area than I’d thought but still easily walkable."
