"Great budget hotel just off the center of Zermatt. We had a nice (albeit tight) balcony with a glimpse of The Matterhorn. The room was clean but unfortunately no air conditioning and it was quite warm in the room. There’s a refrigerator which was very convenient. Stepping into the shower isn’t designed for short people which was a bit awkward. We had to check in at another hotel, but it was only steps away. Would stay here again for convenience and cleanliness."

"We stayed at the Mountain Exposure Luxury Chalets for 3 nights. It was a beautiful chalet, very spacious, clean & tidy. The views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from our balcony were breathtaking. Meeting the concierge to pick up the keys was very easy, he coordinated the evening before so everything was organized. Great location for Zermatt train station, Gornergrat train and the Matterhorn Gondola ride. Highly recommend."

"Great location, 30 seconds off the main shopping strip but yet very quiet. Everything you need in this hotel. Even includes a bottle opener. Very comfortable, espresso machine in the morning with breakfast."

"Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a balcony. Obviously fairly recently renovated. There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be."
