"Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. "This hotel is lovely with very nice rooms. However be warned they have the strangest and most hopeless air conditioning system you can imagine. You operate it through the TV and it doesn’t have temp, just zones. You also cannot change the fan speed. So in the middle of the night my wife was hot and we had to turn on the large TV to change to another zone - which we had no idea what it was. It also blows right onto you face while sleeping. "We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious! "
