"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...

"The hotel looks very nice. We may have been the unlucky family this weekend. First the AC wasn’t operating in the room. Then we requested a bassinet/infant bed to find a twin size bed in the room. When we notified the reception we were told they didn’t have anymore. So we had to make do with our 11 month old sleeping between us. I was also overcharged for parking and their charging ports didn’t work. Thankfully it was mostly just a place for us to sleep and not enjoy the hotel"
