"Nice old-style bed and restaurant hotel with a lovely staff that was very detail oriented during check-in. Felt very at home in the pub area and during meals.
Bedding was quite comfortable and peaceful. You will hear guests walking about the stairs and over your room with the older wooden build, but it was part of the charm in a way.
Dinner was very good and the morning breakfast spread is typical European flair and filled us up for the day.

"This was an excellent hotel , we had a family room , which consisted of a separate single bed and a king bed in the very large lounge area , and 2 separate bathrooms , the balconies looked out onto both the lake and sideways at the hills , the only thing it didn’t have was air conditioning, but they did provide fans in both rooms , it was over 30 degrees for our visit , so not sure if that’s normal , we used the restaurant for one evening meal and the food was lovely , and one member of staff...

"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Fantastic stay, in a beautiful location with easy transport links. Room was perfect with an amazing lake view. Lovely food and service in the bar area, but had some issues with dining room in main restaurant, this was addressed effectively at reception. Overall a fantastic stay."
"This room was pristine and modern with a safe with no extra charge.It was a small bedroom with a large t.v on the wall but we also had a seperate office room with 2 small arm chairs and a t.v also.The shower room was very modern and exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was very close to the busy train station and walkable in 5 minutes.Lovely breakfast area with a small buffet breakfast.Would reccomend this hotel.Remember to bring a swiss plug adapter bcos our european 2 pin plugs didnt fit...
