"hard to find from train station. once we walked to property, the entrance was poorly marked. hotel food was good, no viable restaurants within walking distance except fast food. prepare for walking in hotel, long hallways and easy to get mixed up. no in room amenities- no coffe, no electric pot, . bathroom big, but door did not latch. quiet property overall. "

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. "Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"

"The breakfast was really great, everything was fresh, there was plenty of choice and it tasted delicious. The room was very nice and the coffee was excellent. The terrace down by the water is definitely the highlight, it feels like a truly special place on Lake Como. The restaurant is amazing as well, the pizza is on another level and the angioletti with Nutella for dessert were incredible."
