"What an amazing property and stay! The attention to detail was impeccable, and we really appreciated the effort for children. This is a perfect home base for hiking and visiting all villages in the Jungfrau region. Food is outstanding."

"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"

"En general todo bien, la fachada está en reparación y empiezan a hacer ruido temprano, esto lo tendrían que avisar y hacer un descuento pero no lo hicieron, nos tocó justo al lado de nuestro balcón los andamios y la parte que se está arreglando. El personal del restaurante muy amable y bastante bueno el desayuno, muy buena la fruta. Muy bien las amenidades de la habitación, la vista del balcón a uno de los ríos en Interlaken es hermosísima!! La ubicación bastante buena. Solo no nos gustó el que...

"Summary: Barely 3 star, not a good value for what we paid ($500/night) The Good: = Great location 3 min walk from train station = Vintage charm = Good breakfast spread The Bad: = Poor maintenance. Mold in shower, doors getting stuck = Room lacked basic amenities like conditioner, lotion = Reception staff seemed clueless, any question needed 3 people to answer. Desk closes down at 11 pm !!"

"We stayed here for two nights with my mom and sister, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The room was ready even before check-in time, which was a lovely surprise. It was spacious, spotless, and had the most amazing view, plus the location couldn’t be beat. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. Highly recommend!"

"It’s an odd retro structure for the location. Chose it for the AC, clean room reviews, and price - it satisfied all requirements. It’s not beautiful or charming, but we only slept there, and we slept well. We were only in town 1 night. Totally adequate place, good location. It was so hot, I wouldn’t have traded our stay for a cute boutique hotel with no AC, which is most common for the area, EVER!"
