"Great hotel with a delicious breakfast included. The location was perfect and close to everything in Zurich. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Hotel was very clean. The only thing I would change is make the bathroom more private, the air conditioning doesn’t make the room that cool and the window was blocked so we couldn’t see if it was day or night which was disorienting for us. "

Renovations won’t be done until 2026 though, so there is a limited menu and inconsistent meal opportunities inside the hotel. We did hear some construction noise (drilling) during the morning. Staff was friendly. "

"Perfect option for our stay at the end of our trip before a morning flight. 2 stops on the tram (right outside the hotel) to the airport. Small but comfortable room. A little strange that the shower is in the bedroom (we took turns going to the lounge for privacy) but worked just fine. "
