"The location is great that it is right next to the Grindelwald Terminal which makes your travel so much convenient. The hotel offers free breakfast and travel pass for bus travel which makes your stay even more comfy and value for money. The room is sizable to fit for family. Only thing to alert is there is no door for bathroom so be careful when you opened the room door, people can see inside the bathroom if someone is bathing (haha). "Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Facility needs to keep up. No air conditioning, room always warm, can’t open the window because of musquito. Warm room, no air conditioning, thick comforter is only choice. Not very good five nights we had. Cleanliness is terrible from flooring, wall around. Coffee for guests at lobby is instance coffee. Not recommend to anyone."
