"The location of the hotel is very good, but my overall experience was disappointing.
The housekeeping was poor. They did not clean the room at all or even empty the trash. They only made the bed without changing the sheets or cleaning the bathroom. One important thing that many people do not mention is that you have to request housekeeping at the front desk, or your room will not be cleaned.
The front desk staff was friendly, and having a 24-hour front desk was convenient. The room was okay,...

"Was very near to harbour and other amenities . The room was very clean and had everything you could require for a good stay . Ate here on one evening and the food was good and a 15 dollar discount per person, made it even better value . Was not the best location for public transport as seemed to require a mix of busses and subway to get anywhere ( or a reasonable walk - ok if no mobility issues). Would stay here again but felt the price point was quite high compared to others we stayed in whilst...

"Great location- clean- great staff. Breakfast was a NIGHTMARE. Empty bowls of food - food dropped everywhere- long lines for the toaster- only 1 boiled egg- no fresh fruit or yogurt. No seats dirty tables. For such a great hotel- the breakfast was a huge disappointment."

"We upgraded to the larger room, but there was not even enough room to walk around the bed. And there's no bathroom door that shuts, just a sliding glass door and a curtain. There was also a lot of road noise that sounded like a drag race in the middle of the night, every night. The rooftop restaurant was a nice setting, but the food was not very good, and not enough for what they charge."

"The worst hotel I ever stayed, the door was damaged. I have to kick to open in the room, have no bottled water. I have to go down to reception to pick it up and thereβs no glass in the room only two paper cups in the whole room.
