The room was spacious and comfortable, clean bed and clean bathroom, "but"... carpet floor in the room was d-i-r-t-y/filthy, reason i noticed is because my earing fell off, when looking for it, it's when i realized the conditions of it, makes you wonder how often the rooms are vacuumed."

"The Property is Stunning! Very clean and green. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking and the property is located right next to the Falls trail head, so easy access to that and the state park across the street. The outdoor area is fabulous, with lots of places to sit and have a cocktail by the fire.The room was spacious, and clean. We were in the hillside rooms so we had a balcony with a view of the lake. "The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very good. The room was big! The grounds are looking a bit rough. We were there off season so that may have had something to do with it. The room was very warm. We found out that the A/C wasn't turned on yet. Thankfully the windows opened. The breakfast is very basic. Hard-boiled eggs, bread, bagels, cereal, yogurt. "

"The bed was very “springy” and I could feel them in by back. Maybe upgrade or add toppers to the mattresses would definitely help people. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"Check-in was smooth, and they accommodated my request for a room I had previously stayed in, which I appreciated. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have always had great experiences. This stay was lovely overall, but there was one unpleasant moment around 10:45 a.m. when housekeeping knocked and then entered the room while I was changing, despite my asking who was there. Aside from that, everything else was excellent."
