The staff was friendly, however, the door lock looked and felt like it was ready to just fall apart. The door did not fit the door frame - there was a large 3/4" gap that ran from bottom of door up to around 3' high allowing outsiders to see right into the room. The bathtub would not drain effectively. ...

The staff was very polite and helpful. Easy access to the building and the rooms. Everything was very clean and maintained. The only drawback for me was the poor lighting in the rooms. The older I get, it seems the more light that I need.
