"The hotel was very nice. The day staff were excellent. The night lady was pretty crusty. Asked her for a wine opener at the bar which is attached to reception. Was told “My co worker went to a party and didn’t show up and I dont know where it is. The next night we caught her with the opener in her hand and reluctantly let us open our wine bottle. "

"We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Sheraton Sopot. The Friday night Italian buffet was delightful, and the live music set a perfect tone for the weekend. All the staff were very helpful, and the spa was amazing, especially since it was -15 degrees outside. Thank you for a truly lovely weekend!"

"Fantastic hotel within walking distance of main square, set in lush forest. The staff went out of their way to help us and set aside a room for our bikes. There were flexible with breakfast, opening up early so we could get to our bike races and opened up the bar late so we could have a drink!"

"We had a great stay in the 4 bedroom apartment – it was clean and spacious. The only downside was that it had just one bathroom, which wasn't ideal for our group. The spa area was fantastic – very relaxing, with great facilities and a calm atmosphere. Plus excellent massage services. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Overall, a lovely place to unwind – we’d definitely come back. "
