"I booked two rooms for family as we had a son graduating from Chico. I booked very early to make sure we got rooms. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the rooms that we paid TRIPLE the price for as it was graduation time. I was text by the hotel and asked how my stay was after the first night. I told them my issues: torn up rug edges, scratched up bed boards, old, saggy looking bed skirt, my mattress sagged down, lamp on bedstand had spots all over shade and needed dusting, dirt in...

"The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful."

"OK it’s not a resort hotel but it was decent for the money. The rooms were clean and useable. The sink was in the main room and the shower and toilet were in a separate bathroom which was weird and the door to the bathroom opened into the main room instead of into the bathroom which made moving around a bit awkward. Other than those oddities it was OK."

"The view from the room was beautiful. We viewed snow, cap mountains and trees. The staff was very helpful. Our room was completely refurbished and everything was new. The king size bed was very comfortable. The heating and cooling also worked very well."
