"Everyone was great ! Love staying there"

"Mostly nice, although we did notice a small stain on the comforter during the last night. I also wish they would provide complimentary water bottles in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"Had no refrigerator in the room. Stores were within walking distance, but still far If it was raining, it would be real bad. Vending machine went too good. Didn’t have diet soda in them."

"Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

"I like the convenience of the property; it's where I usually choose to stay. It's located right off 495 and pretty close to I-90; central to a lot of fun stuff."

"Nice clean room, convenient location, decor, furnishings, and bathroom fixturing is dated, but in good condition. Will be staying again as it’s a very affordable room with super comfortable beds, cold AC, WiFi, microwave, fridge, and a TV. Was worried it would be noisy as it’s close to a main road, but it was super quiet and I slept like a rock."

"Staff was great! Very welcoming & willing to help. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable! Only issue was the spout in the bathroom leaked so it driped all day & night & the WIFI signal was weak . Also the handicap parking is far from the front door. But overall, a great stay! Will definitely stay again when visiting family Lowell."

"Noisy party crowd under no control from staff. Cars playing loud music all night. Room had zero accessories whatsoever. 1 tiny bar of soap, damp wet towels. Where my room was at the back of the building it was fifty with a smell from the dumpster. I would never recommend this property to anyone. "
