Personal war freundlich . Wellnessbereich ungepflegt zB. Toilette kaputt, zuwenig Wasser im Whirlpool oft keine ausreichende Beleuchtung. Das Frühstück war oftmals nicht ausreichend, es wurde nicht nachgelegt. Die Zimmer etwas klein jedoch der Balkon schön. Die Türklinke zum Bad war kaputt sowie der Toilettendeckel. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage war prima.

Bien situé à Forio, piscine et bain turc agréables, masseur sur place. Réseau wifi inadéquat surtout dans la partie annexe de l’hOtello.

situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto di Forio, questo hotel offre la possibilità di visitare il paese tranquillamente a piedi, e di raggiungere con pochi passi in più le spiagge limitrofe, se invece volete girare posti più lontani, vi da la possibilità di trasfer a prezzi molto economici( per di più usano una Jaguar per i trasporti che è tutto un dire) comunque la struttura ha servizi di piscina, idromassaggio, piscina termale, bagno turco, e bar che vi faranno apprezzare il tempo passato nel hotel, ottime anche le stanze (la mia col terrazzo era uno spettacolo) e 5 stelle anche alla professionalità dello staff, complimenti davvero per tutto

7 night stay!

Spent 7 nights in the annex rooms which are just across a little alley way on looking a garden. They were away from main hotel (2min walk) so it was very peaceful and quite. The staff team were excellent and very helpful! The breakfast was plenty with lots of breads, ham, cheese, yogurts, fruit & lots of pastries and delicious coffee. It’s located in a great location right near to shops restaurants and the port! 30 euro taxi from Ischia port. The pool & thermal spa were lovely and well kept. Overall it was a lovely place & great holiday!

Un bon hôtel à prix raisonnable au cœur de Forio. Belle piscine intérieure et extérieure. Bain turc ouvert seulement de 15 à 17 heures. Déjeuner de bonne qualité avec un bon cappuccino

albergo dall'aspetto esotico. ti attendono all'ingresso piccoli elefanti bronzei al riparo da altissime palme. il personale è gentilissimo e molto professionale. Daniela, bellissima donna, passa con estrema rapidità dal suo accento partenopeo alla lingua tedesca per accogliere turisti nordici. la camera era pulitissima, non ci aspettavamo il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, difatti altri alberghi che abbiamo frequentato durante l'anno il cambio, durante il soggiorno, non lo effettuavano. ottimo il rifornimento di saponette e bagnoschiuma giornaliero, altri alberghi una volta che ti forniscono due saponette pensano che siano sufficienti per tutta la vacanza! nel prezzo giornaliero era compreso l'accesso alla spa, vasca iacuzzi con idromassaggio, piscina termale, piscina scoperta, bagno turco e doccia emozionale. il nostro pensiero? e chi lo lascia più questo albergo!!!!

Ottima scelta.Bella struttura al centro di Forio d'Ischia.Hall luminosa e elegante impreziosita da divani e quadri .Accoglienza veloce,camera grande pulita e con letto francese.Colazione abbondante e varia,in sala ristorante ,anch'essa molto grande e luminosa.Ho usufruito anche di un trattamento benessere nella SPA dell'albergo . Staff eccellente e efficiente alla reception,attenti a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti.Educato e professionale lo staff del ristorante.

Molto carino L albergo in ottima posizione Bellissima la piscina esterna con servizio bar! ottimo cibo molta cortesia del personale carino il centro benessere ma da ristrutturare e da seguire con più assiduità i clienti che purtroppo non sempre seguono le più elementari norme igieniche ... quindi ... qualcuno che ricordi le norme ed i regolamenti ... come a scuola!!! Per il resto... Soggiorno veramente fantastico! Piacevolissima scoperta ci torneremo sicuramente.

Posizione ottima in centro a Forio, vicina al mare. L’albergo avrebbe Bisogno di una rimodernata generale. La cosa peggiore è il materasso, molto scomodo. Il personale tutto molto gentile e disponibile.

Отель месте расположен в очень удобном.При выходе из отеля остановка, Недалеко супермаркет. Обязательно попробуйте пиццу в пиццерии напротив и чуть налево МагнияФуоко. Сколько ели в Италии потом такой вкусной тонкой не встречали нигде и стоимость самая дешевая. Не жалейте денег берите номер с балконом в основном здании,мы доплатили и переселились в такой номер. Т.к. номера в корпусе аннекс с маленькой кроватью, балкон упирается в стену, вообщем как пионерлагере, а в основном корпусе все прилично, достойные кровати, а вид с балкона изумительный. Завтраки прекрасные для Италии, не просто кофе и круассан, а тортики джемы,мюсли, сок.Персонал очень любезен и и говорит на английском. Оставляли чаевые в номере горничная никогда не брала. Отель соответствует звездам и я бы там остановилась снова
