Leider war das Apartment für uns als Familie ungeeignet, da der Balkon kein richtiger Balkon war, es gab nur Platz für einen Stuhl, d.h. essen und alles weitere konnte nur IM Apartment stattfinden, was für uns für einen Sommerurlaub nicht ausreichend ist. "A very nice location in the old part of the city. The rooms are beautiful and centered on an inner courtyard. Be aware that there is no staff on duty between 9PM and 9AM so you’ll need to read the communications from the property carefully ahead of time, especially if you arrive late. The shower was very nice but they only offered a two-in-one shampoo/body wash so keep that in mind and bring some of you need it."

"This hotel was a perfect stay in Palma. Restaurants, bars, stores etc. were all nearby and safe to walk. The area has everything to experience while in the city. The hotel is modern and very well kept. The rooms were very nice with ceilings and plenty of space. A parking garage is nearby and free to park your rental. I would stay here again in a heartbeat"

"Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception...
