"The staff was wonderful. We never had a chance to sleep over night due to our plane issues. However we arrived at 10:00 a.m. the day we were scheduled to check out. The man at the desk was very gracious to allow us to shower and take a nap until noon. It was clean and had a nice large window to the street to view the culture. The same man made us espresso on our way out!! Thank you!"

Très bon emplacement, centre ville, restaurants et supermarché à côté un peu bruyant mais normal en centre ville et difficile de se garer Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, tout le nécessaire est présent, suffisant pour 2 nuits En axe d’amélioration le manque de chaises (que 4 de disponible), literie très ferme On a passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement "

"Flott utsikt og helt greit basseng. Vær obs på at det er 250 trapper ned tll stramda og 309 trapper opp til byen. Vanskelig å komme seg ditt med koffert hvis du ikke ønsker å gå med koffert i mange trapper eller gå lang vei rundt. Flott å komme seg opp med Gondolbanen som er 250 trapper ned og ca 3-4 min å gå til. De er hjelpelig om du er seint ute. De prøver å finne en løsning. Men du bør bestille taxi elelr lignende for å komme ditt. Bra kjøkken med mange muligheter."

"Location fantastica così come il paese in cui si trova a due passi dall’Etna. Hotel bello e confortevole arredato con gusto e semplicità, camere spaziose con letto comodissimo e bagno grande e ben accessoriato. Colazione varia e abbondante servita nei giorni di sole sulla terrazza. Ottimi i ristoranti e le pizzerie nelle vicinanze. Inoltre merita una menzione lo staff attento e cordiale. Ritorneremo sicuramente."
