"Super comfy beds, friendly staff, and the food was good. Great place to stay if you're visiting Aviemore for hiking/outdoor activities, espessially since they have a hot tub, pool and sauna which were great after a long day. "

"Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. "

"The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. "Our room was very clean, loads of room including large seating area. Bed extremely comfortable & cosy. All staff were friendly and attentive. Dinner was excellent on both evenings. The hotel is pet friendly but dogs were always under careful control & supervision of their owners. The hotel clearly welcomes families and had many non resident diners which indicated a good local reputation too. Happy to recommend to friends & family."

"Just a lovely hotel to stay in staff was helpful and polite.breakfast cooked to order evening meal Lovely but large portions but realised after that they do half portions. Lovely view over the golf course and dornoch firth parking at the hotel rooms very comfortable and clean tea and coffee in the room"
