"One thing that I really enjoyed about the hotel is that the park is right outside your door.
One other item that I also enjoyed was the Sauna.

"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "Unsere Buchung war nicht im System, obwohl 2 Monate vor dem betreffenden Datum schon mit der Unterkunft telefoniert wurde, da es damals schon Probleme gab und die Buchung für den falschen Monat übernommen wurde. Man konnte uns zu zweit nur noch ein Einzelzimmer anbieten, in das ein Klappbett gestellt werden musste. Durch das Bett ging die Tür des Badezimmers jedoch nicht mehr richtig auf und wir mussten Möbel aus dem Zimmer stellen um es überhaupt rein zu bekommen."
"Room was ok. A bit warm as there was no air conditioning or fan. The bed was ok apart from the awful pillows (which you will find in most German hotels sadly) which are big, floppy and offer no support to your head. The bathroom was clean.
The hill up to the hotel is very steep if youre walking. Hard work with a heavy suitcase, especially on the cobbles!

"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again."
"Very clean and well kept. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location next to Old Town and easy to use transportation network. Lovely shower. Nice to have a pool and sauna!"
