"We were disappointed with this property, I booked it because it advertised sound proof rooms, which led me to believe it would be quiet. Evidently the mechanical sounds of the building aren’t included and I lost a nights sleep listening to the water pump. I asked them about it the next day, and from what I can tell, all they did was disable the AC in our room for the next night and it magically started again right before checkout.
