"When we arrived we were given key cards to an occupied room! Walked in, realised the room was already taken and promptly left but raises concerns over security! I was assured no one could enter our room. Hotel is not within walking distance of main train station and old town. The underground is a good 10min walk away. I would choose to stay at another cocoon hotel rather than this one in terms of location- unless you’re here for Octoberfest in which case it is across the road from it! Air...

"The room was very nice, comfortable and quite spacious. The hotel is located slightly outside the city centre, so walking into the centre takes around 45 minutes. However, the location is very convenient for public transport. The station is only about a 3-minute walk away, with several S-Bahn lines going directly into the city centre.
